Q: Why would I need the services of an image consultant or personal shopper?

A: Do to the crazy demands on just about everyone's schedule, our service lessens the stress associated with shopping and looking one's personal best everyday.  If you hate to shop, we are for you; if you love to shop, we are for you; if you want to stay current on trends, we are for you; or if you are completely clueless about fashion, we are for you!



Q: How does your service work?

A: Our services begin with a complimentary consultation with one of our consultants.  A standard consultation lasts about an hour, in which you will learn about the services we offer and discuss what areas you would like us to assist you in. 
Afterwards, if you decide to go forward with our services, your consultant will fill out a Customer Profile for you and services will begin as scheduled. 

Please note, there is absolutely no obligation to purchase any of our services, however, we do ask for serious inquiries only.



Q: How much do your services cost?

A: Our prices are based on a client-by-client basis.  During the Customer Profile phase, client expectations are a strong determinant as to how much a client is charged for services provided.  Various payment options will also be discussed during this time.



Q: Where is your business located?

A: Our business is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  However, we serve many clients both nationally and internationally.



Q: What if I am interested in your service, but am located in a different city?

A: Don't fret, you can still take advantage of our complimentary consultation via telephone, e-mail, and online chat.  As stated before, this is of no charge to a potential client and will be conducted in the same manner as a face-to-face meeting.
